vista vista mce available action packs

Vista & Vista MCE available in Action Packs?

Does anyone know if Vista, Vista MCE and Vista x64 will be available in the MS ActionPack?
If so, any idea when?

Not sure what you mean by action packs... have their been Windows XP releases of these action packs, and if so when were they?
It's doubtful that Microsoft will release anything other than the OS at this stage, maybe a few docs and SDK's along the way, but unlikely to be adding feature packs or anything to them until they've been released.

MS Action Packs include only released software. No Action Pack would include any version of Vista until it is available for purchase.
Early 2007 is the currently advised probable shipping date for public versions of Vista.

Zack; Action Pack is another subscription option: http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/accountingprofessionals/accounting_professionals_action_pack.mspx Vista will probably be included when it is released. There are a few significant differences with an Action Pack subscription: 1. I do not think Vista or any other Beta is included. 2. The license to use the software expires when the subscription expires. Etc.

Correct, shipped every quarter. So I guess you can expect it in January 2007 or April 2007. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta

When I was subscribed to it I got the BETA 2 release of Office 2003, so its not impossible that subscribers will get Vista BETA 2 in there shipments this year. I also got Windows Small Business Server 2003 RC1 in my shipments in 2003. -- Andre Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta FAQ for MS AntiSpy http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm
